Accessing the documents (such as Meeting Minutes, agenda, Zoom link)
requires being registered on the site.

Access is not automatically given.  There is a process whereby the Communications Committee confirms that the applicant is a Member of a Monthly Meeting in the Quarter. 
This step is to safeguard personal information, proprietary information (budgets, etc) and to manage the Zoom access.
